Monday is day one: 星期一, 星期二 … 星期六; Sunday is 星期天 (never ✗星期七). Ask with 幾: 今天星期幾？ → 今天星期三. 禮拜 is a common colloquial alternative (禮拜一, 禮拜天).
Year → month → day → weekday → time of day: 二〇二一年九月十八號星期六晚上 (Saturday evening, September 18th, 2021). Years are read digit by digit + 年: 二〇二一年.
Hours: number + 點 — 一點 1:00 · 兩點 2:00 (兩, not 二!) · 十點二十分 10:20 · 七點五分 7:05 · 兩點半 2:30 (半 = half past). Ask: 現在幾點？ (What time is it now?)
Do something WITH someone — the phrase sits before the verb: 我常常跟我弟弟一起運動 (I often exercise with my little brother) · 張先生每天跟他太太一起吃晚飯 · Gloria跟我們一起去跑步.
要不要 asks “do you want to…?” (note the sandhi: yào bú yào): 你要不要跟我們一起去？ Counter-propose with 怎麼樣: 星期六不行，星期五怎麼樣？ Answers: 行 / 不行 / 沒問題 / 太好了.
